Terms & Agreements
Design Transfers:
-The Awaken Company will send our Clients an email or download link containing the files needed within 24-48 hours of completion for the services we were hired for.
-Web developments will begin launching within 24-48 hours of final payment. The Awaken Company is not held liable for hosting downtime or DNS delays during the launch of our Clients web developments.
Web Developments:
We host all of the images, have all of the neccesary coding done and on display at one of our test pages for you to view and approve throughout the development process.
Upon the final agreement of the web development, The Awaken Company will post the finalized coding into our Clients webpage, and cross-browser / platform check it one final time to assure there are no problems with the final product.
Payment:
-Before any services will be started upon The Awaken Company's behalf we require full payment or a deposit fee from our Clients.
We will determine whether our Clients need to provide us with a deposit fee or full payment upon discussing project specifications.
-After the full payment or deposit fee has been transferred The Awaken Company will carry out the design and/or development process in full and no refunds will be issued.
-Payment is accepted through Paypal, Credit Card, Certified Check, Money Order, or local checks / local cash exchange.
-Payments arranged through paypal will have an extra 2.9% fee added to compensate for standard paypal deductions.
Turnaround Time:
-Our client contracts are typically arranged as a turnaround time over 45 days from the first payment made.
-The services can be completed before the 45 days are over, if so we will notify our clients.
-Our clients should be aware that failure to stay in contact throughout previews and revision reviews may cause delays in the production of service(s) that The Awaken Company has been hired for.
Client delays could result in delays in the delivery of finished work.
-Our clients failure to pay the final payment within the agreed time span will not hold The Awaken Company liable for delays in our contract, and will result in a 1.5% (per mo.) increase for all late fees after 30 days.
Miscellaneous:
-All images, web developments, coding, and content on The Awaken Company web pages or client sites is rightfully the content of our company and paid clients.
We strictly prohibit the usage or duplication of it under any circumstance.
-The web coding provided by The Awaken Company to our clients is meant to only be used on the site we have completed for them, and not be duplicated for any other usage no matter what the circumstance.
-In the event that our client needs any revisions done for the service(s) The Awaken Company have done we require we are given the first opportunity to make them.
If the needed revisions are not in fault of a mistake by The Awaken Company we will institute an hourly rate that will be discussed upon the time of your inquiry.
-The Awaken Company requires one physical copy of any printed product that we've been hired to design for our Clients.
-After web developments have been completed and approved by both The Awaken Company and our Clients the coding is not to be tampered with.
If a problem arises in the coding due to alterations by someone outside of The Awaken Company we are not held liable to maintenance the problem without instituting an hourly rate.
-Clients of The Awaken Company are held liable to submit in depth guidelines for creative artwork and website developments before we will begin our contracted services.
-All artwork and web development projects are limited to stay within the creative and descriptive guidelines that our Clients have submitted to us.
Revisions outside of these guidelines will be charged by an additional hourly rate.
